This Avocado Tomato Mozzarella Salad is a fresh and easy to make salad. I love making this as an appetizer or pairing for dinner. I promise if you try this recipe you’ll absolutely love it!
I sometimes add cucumber to the salad as well as substitute olive oil for avocado oil. Either way it tastes amazing.
Avocado Tomato Mozzarella Salad
Prep/ Cook Time 15 minutes
Servings 2

Ingredients
◦ 1 organic hass avocado, cut into square pieces ◦ 1 cup fresh mozzarella, cut into square pieces ◦ 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in halves ◦ 1/4 red onion, into half moon slices ◦ Juice from half a lime ◦ 1/4 bunch of cilantro, chopped ◦ 2 teaspoons of olive oil ◦ Pepper to taste ◦ Himalayan Pink Salt to taste |
Instructions |
1. Cut avocado, mozzarella cheese and grape tomatoes |
2. Add to large bowl. |
3. Chop red onion and cilantro, mix in with avocado, cheese and tomatoes. |
4. Add lime juice, pepper, salt, and olive oil. |
5. Stir all together, EAT and ENJOY! |
